Mr Naveen Gupta is the founding member of Niscom and brings more than sixteen years of leadership and experience in the global telecommunications industry. He is leading Niscom’s business strategy.
Mr. Gupta’s exemplary direction has led Niscom to grow at a CAGR of 100% from 2006 to 2010; expand its telecom network footprint from 6 to 16 domestic & international regions; and venture into the Hydro Power & IT sectors. Under his leadership Niscom grew significantly ahead of competition and established a stronghold in different markets.

MUKESH GOYAL - COO
Mukesh Goyal has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry. As Head of Niscom’s Project Management services, Mukesh brings extensive experience in senior level Telecom project management, technical services delivery, planning and implementation.
He is an industry expert and a versatile professional who has rationalized and brought Telecom spend under control and implemented cost containment for the regional and global operations of a long list of successful projects in India as well as abroad.

Ankur Khanna - VP (Projects)
ANKUR KHANNA holds a key senior level managerial position at Niscom. Over his tenure of around more than a decade of experience in telecommunications industry, Mr. Ankur Khanna has held a wide range of leadership positions ranging from engineering management to multiple circle management.
He has completed successful projects in India for Alcatel, NSN, NORTEL, Hutch, UTSTAR, Motorola, Ericsson, Lucent, Huawei etc & transmission (SDH) projects for Alcatel & UTSTAR.

MANOJ CHAUHAN - Circle Head - UP WEST
Mr.Manoj Chauhan is a key member of Niscom’s project management team working With about 8 Years of experience, he prefers enhancing knowledge experientially, believing that experience provides a larger perspective and helps people choose the right course of action.
Mr.Manoj has been instrumental in driving growth and expanding Niscom’s network base in UP West.
